A Fun Summer Picnic with Walmart Home

The grass is green, the trees are full, and the sun is ready to play which means summer is in full swing, baby! After spending last summer stuck indoors due to COVID, this newfound (vaccinated) freedom has given me so much passion and adventure for summertime activities in Houston. Boat days on Lake Conroe, outdoor bars like Present Company and Axelrad, and my recent favorite — summertime picnics!

My Inspiration

While a beautiful white plate setting is my normal go-to, I’ve been living for all things fun and color. Walmart Home’s new collection has been perfect in helping me create my own tropical escape right in my own city! With a twist of Monte Carlo and LA-inspired design (my favorite place ever), they’ve created an upbeat, colorful tropical blend of beautiful pieces to live out all your summer dreams.
